SUMMARY:Beginning Color Theory & Watercolor Painting Classes
DESCRIPTION:This class has been postponed due to low enrollment\n\nKeep an eye out for scheduling after the first of the year\n\n\n\nBeginning Color Theory & Watercolor Painting Classes\n\n\nClasses will include 20-30 minutes of instruction and the remainder of the time for student work. Each student will receive:\n\n	Basic supplies\n	Light refreshments\n	Fun and friendship\n\n\n\nMinimum of 6 students and maximum of 10 students for each session\n\n\n\nClasses will be taught by Cindy Wahkinney\, a master artist who studied art in high school and atthe collegiate level. She has Horticultural Associate Degrees in Floral Design\, Landscape Design\, Landscape Management and Greenhouse Management. She has taught landscape design at the collegiate level.\n\n\n\nCindy worked in the professional landscape industry for 25 years managing exclusive residential properties. The last 9 years of her career were spent as Landscape Manager of the Dallas Zoo. With a staff of nine people\,\n\nCindy designed\, planted and maintained over 100 acers of public areas and animal exhibits at the Zoo.\n\n\n\nAfter retiring\, Cindy has finally begun to realize her lifelong dream of being an accomplished artist. In her home studio\, she works with watercolor\, colored pencil\, pen &amp\; ink\, acrylic\, batik &amp\; watercolor\, collage and\n\nmultimedia.\n\nWildlife\, birds\, landscapes and pets are her main subjects.
